To support our growth, we are looking for experienced managers who want to join Christmas Tree Shops in one of our four key Department Management positions:? Merchandise Manager responsible for merchandise content and presentation? Overnight Manager responsible for merchandise replenishment ? Customer Service Manager responsible for front-end operations and customer service? Backroom Manager responsible for merchandise receiving and merchandise flowRequirements: Must have retail management/supervisory experience as a Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Store Manager, in a fast-paced environment.? Must have hands-on experience within the Merchandising function (i.e., responsible for inventory, merchandise content, merchandise presentation) and/or the Operations function (i.e., responsible for front end, customer service, receiving, human resources, backroom) at store level.? Must have well-developed supervisory, communication, and team building skills. ? Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results.? Must have ambition and capability to grow to an Assistant Store Manager role and above; ability to relocate preferred.
