Direct Import Returns Administrator

Sally Beauty Co., the world’s largest wholesale and retail distributor of beauty supplies, is searching for a Direct Import Returns Administrator. This position is responsible for overseeing all functions for defective returns for private label brand products for all Sally Beauty Holdings division. Responsibilities include communications with customers, third parties and internal and external departments.

 

Duties:Receive all written and verbal communication from consumers and stores on personal care appliances. Handle all issues in a timely manner. Evaluate defective merchandise to maintain accurate records of all transactions with customersCoordinate with Marketing Director and warehouse to implement all vendor returns of merchandise to ensure correct reimbursement

 

Requirements:Business degree or related work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving and organizational abilitiesProficient in MicroSoft Office
