This senior leader will support the development and growth of Sears Holdings CRM platform and infrastructure. The successful candidate will need exceptional Program Management skills as the key liaison with internal and external resources to direct and build profitable micro-segmentation strategies, a Campaign Management tool to manage frequency, offers and sequencing of all campaigns across all addressable media, and the architecture and build out of a dynamic Offer Engine to drive successful offer design, targeting, delivery and performance measurement. This initiative is central to Sears Holdings corporate vision and mission and will help SHC generate more revenue and EBITDA.QualificationsExperience1. 10 + years of related experience at increasingly senior levels of responsibility with at least 3-5 years of CRM specific experience. Requires experience designing and executing customer segmentation strategies, Campaign Management and Offer Engine implementations and other CRM programs delivering highly customized, targeted consumer value.2. At least 7+ years direct marketing experience. Seasoned in both traditional mail and digital marketing. 3. Experience working with third-party data and production vendors. Agency Management Experience. 4. Experience working with structured testing in a "test and learn" environment. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use information to deliver program improvement.5. Experience developing business plans for new initiatives including business case / rationale development, financial pro formas and launch marketing plans.6. Must have strong knowledge of mobile, digital and emerging media, direct mail, and email and proven experience negotiating partnerships and agreements. 7. Experience interfacing effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to line managers 8. Retail experience preferred.9. Strong presentation and communication skills 10. Ability to mentor, coach and grow future leaders. Work closely with analysts and other senior Relationship Marketing team members to determine segmentation and targeting criteria as well as test designs within overall contact strategy."
