Director Marketing/Advertising

This is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing/advertising team! 

 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Strategically plans, manages and analyzes advertising efforts

- Manages/leads internal and external media agency partners on planning and buying of broadcast, print and on-line media dollar

- Manages/leads internal and external agency partners on planning and execution of broadcast TV, radio, direct mail, on-line and in-store marketing

- Partners with merchants and store operations to develop effective merchandise events; marketing materials

 

Experience/Education:

- 8 + years advertising agency or corporate marketing experience and 3 plus years managing and developing team members

- Experience managing multi-faceted, integrated marketing programs with short lead times

- Creative thinker

- Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, comfortable working under pressure

- Superb communication skills

- Strong team player and ability to create partnership with various levels of management and vendors
