We are currently looking for a qualified Director of Real Estate. We are looking for upbeat, energetic and performance driven individuals to join our team.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the execution of the companies real estate strategy.Recommends retail locations using analytical tools, financial pro forma analytics as well as subjective tools.Prepares Letters of Intent and Real Estate committee review package.Presents potential deals to the Real Estate committee.Partners with Real Estate legal department to negotiate leases in a timely manner.Partners with Construction and Store Operations to review analyze and get stores open on time and on budget.Develops and maintains landlord relationships to further the companies expansion plans.Negotiates leases, rent reductions, early terminations, as well as additional strategic initiatives relating to store development.

RequirementsMinimum 5 years Real Estate management experience in 'retail' real estate.Bachelors degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.Domestic travel 50% plus required.
