Distribution Center Supervisor
Tractor Supply Company, the nation鈥檚 largest farm and ranch retailer, seeks a Distribution Supervisor on 2nd or 3rd shift for our Pendleton Distribution Center.
Accountabilities
路 Lead and manage through a staff of coordinators and hourly team members an inbound or outbound functional process in the D.C.
路 Achieve goals of highest service levels, accuracy, and safety while maintaining focus on cost containment and P&L accountability
路 Business partner on cross-functional teams from merchandising, supply chain, transportation, and store operations
路 Leader in fostering a team environment that supports our goals of continuous improvement and lean distribution
Qualifications3 years of experience as supervisor of multi-shift, large box distribution centerExcellent interpersonal and motivational skillsStrong reasoning, analytical, and problem solving skillsProficiency with WMS, TMS, RF, and MS office programsFour year college degree Willing to work any shift
