The District Coach acts as a role model for and ensures that all associates understand their respective roles in providing a Fast, In-Stock and Helpful customer experience. Districts will include approximately 6 - 9 stores. District sales volume will vary; the range is approximately $100M - $350M+.QualificationsThe District Coach is responsible for identifying local customer market demands and working with their Regional Divisional Coach and Home Office to make adjustments to assortment and merchandising strategy to meet local customer needs. The District Coach is responsible for the overall financial performance of the district. This includes merchandise sales, credit and other miscellaneous revenues, expense management, and achievement of profitability goals.
