You’ll be responsible for achieving district operational objectives, preparing budgets, accomplishing revenue goals and much more. Plan, develop, and achieve an annual profit plan by store and district. Designs his or her District for optimal customer service. Defines staffing needs and develops strategies to attract the best team members.  Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.  Motivates others to achieve beyond expectations. Provides strong leadership in the midst of challenging circumstances. Proficient at analyzing causes of variances between actual budgeted income and expenses, and developing actions to perform in accordance with the budget. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; is constantly one of the top performers, bottom-line focused, and steadfastly pushes self and others for results. 5+ years multi-unit experience necessary.
