And you will accept feedback in the same spirit.  In addition, you will serve as a vital link between your stores and the Regional Manager. You will visit and audit store sites regularly to ensure proper operation. You will promote a performance-based culture, set realistic targets and utilize bonuses as incentives. With your eye for talent, you will identify and recruit people who belong in the fresh&easy company culture.  With your Managers you will have a pipeline of team leaders ready for promotion.
