District Manager-Southwest

Responsibilities:

This District Manager will ideally be based out of either Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ and will be responsible for 9 stores generating revenues greater than $19M.  Reports to West Territory AVP.

 

Purpose:

 

To drive consistent execution across district through setting direction, coaching and developing Store Managers.  DMs accomplish this purpose by ensuring the following responsibilities are consistently implemented, with an underlying commitment to company values, customers and associates.

 Qualifications:

 Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel, visit stores and attend corporate meetings Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess associates Multi-store/District Management Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
