Position Summary
As the District Sales Leader, you will supervise and guide all operational aspects of multiple store operations while enhancing the productivity of the multiple store staff.

Position Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities are sales generation and customer service, merchandising to store standards, expense control and financial management. As the District Sales Leader you will also be responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent while providing direction and clarifying priorities. In addition, you will demonstrate leadership within a peer group.

Position Requirements
Five to seven years of District Sales Management experience.
Team player.
Self starter and highly motivated.
Multi-task oriented.
Strong communication skills coupled with strong business acumen skills.
