Help ABC Phones be a leader in the Communications industry by serving as the District Sales Manager who achieves sales target; maintains distribution channels; accomplishes distributor results; develops promotions; achieves sales objectives

Qualifications:

•

Makes effective decisions with limited time and information. Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities.

•

Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.

•

Coordinates training programs to develop employees' skills.

•

Senior management experience. Skills include strategic planning, influencing others, and supporting organizational change.

•

Develops detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives. Effectively allocates resources and time across groups or departments.

•

Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.

•

Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

•

Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.

•

Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.

•

Skilled at describing mathematical relationships among operating and financial activities that can affect actions toward financial objectives.

•

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
