We are currently accepting applications for: Divisional Financial Analyst Ewing, NJ Essential Job Functions:  Analyzes Financial Performance: Anticipates and forecasts growth based on in-depth examination and integration of trends, current and past performance, business opportunities and competitive market share. Manages Budgets: Prepares, justifies and administers budgets that accurately forecast capital, overhead and expenses. Identifies Areas for Improvement: Continually develops new ideas and ways of thinking for the Divisional Finance team. Develops Strategic Initiatives: Develops and recommends strategies that position the business to achieve sales, profit and return on investment financial objectives. Upholds Ethical Standards: Interprets and enforces ethical standards and guidelines for Associates organization-wide . Builds and Maintains Relationships: Interacts and builds positive working relationships with Managers (e.g., Market Manager, Regional, Divisional) to impart financial recommendations and develop strategies to enhance fiscal responsibility.
