E-Commerce Coordinator
The E-Commerce Department is seeking a dynamic individual to handle website updates and to support online marketing initiatives using the Product Management Application, Content Management System and web-based analytic tools. The position supports Managements request for changes, involvement in projects and website QA on a constant basis. The position works closely with internal departments such as: Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service as well as with outside vendors. This individual will use Product Management Application and Content Management System, to effectively maintain and update Tiffany.com, UK.tiffany.com, Tiffany.co.jp, Tiffany.ca and the International site, etc. This person will support all site updates and changes and work on online media campaigns including search and e-mail marketing (including campaign coding responsibilities). All campaigns, internal and external, will need to be tracked with Omniture Web Analytic tool in order to measure performance and results and updates will be distributed to the E-Commerce management team. This person will also be responsible for processing all department invoices for payment. Qualifications include: a College Degree, knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Graphing, Internal Applications, i.e. Performance Management Application, Content Management System, Omniture, Hitwise, Forrester Research.
