E-Commerce Site Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the E-Commerce projects, some of which include: new site development, site enhancements and use case testing in the staging and production environments.  This also includes acting as liaison between the E-Commerce department and other internal and external partners, attenting project meetings and prioritizing initiatives.  Also responsible for E-Commerce reports and web analytics including sales and margin reports and competitive analysis.  Additional responsibilities include partnering with CyberSource (third party fraud review company) to optimize fraud search rules and minimize fraud risk as well as limiting cancellation of orders.  Will perform other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in E-Commerce project management and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Computer Science or related field.  Also requires excellent computer skills, including prior experience in site development, user testing, information architecture and web trend analysis.  Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, strong business acumen, the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
