ECommerce Business Systems Analyst

ECommerce Business Systems Analyst  (2 Positions Available)Requirements:Facilitate interviews to gather business requirements. Gather, analyze, and draft detailed software requirements, in a standard methodology (preferably UML), to be used by design, development, testing, and project management teams. Write test plans and test cases.Conduct unit and system testing.Facilitate user acceptance testing. Create training plans. Participate in creation of future strategy and document plan.Lead process of validating and socializing strategic plan with users and customers.

 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 5 – 15 years overall experience.3 - 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, project lead, and user acceptance testing. Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral skills. Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision or direction in a busy, changing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-sized complex projects and deliver on time, within budget. Prior experience with eCommerce, purchase order, customer service, or warehouse software requirements. Previous experience in agile development methodologies a plus.Specific experience with ERP applications and Navision in particular, a plus.Prior experience with EDI, a plus.

 

Compensation Range: 

$80k - $170k – depending upon experience.

Up to $175K for the senior position.
