Guitar Center Management is seeking an entry–level SALES AUDITOR to help support retail store operations and accounting for its Westlake Village Corporate office. The position’s primary objective is to provide exemplary customer service to store personnel. Responsibilities include assisting store management with the resolution of issues pertaining to sales transactions, banking and check registers among other situations.  Duties also include performance of store related administrative and accounting functions.  The position will work closely with the accounting department to audit and analyze store check registers and assist in the close of the monthly financial statements.  The position offers a good mix of customer service and analytical responsibilities and provides opportunities for career advancement.

 

 

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree - Business desired Retail store experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail OrientedStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitaskAccounting experience/knowledgeWorks well in a team, but able to work independentlyOrganized and able to meet deadlines
