We currently have an exciting opportunity as an Ecommerce Analyst.

The Ecommerce Analyst will analyze the effectiveness of online marketing activities as well as customer purchasing behavior and makes recommendations to improve customers' response to targeted marketing efforts.

- Analyze/monitor key performance metrics to goals in order to optimize assortment selling and divisional performance.
- Analyze marketing campaigns (emails, GWPs, search engines, shipping, affiliates etc) performance. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click thru and conversion rates.
- Identify and drive site traffic thru brand appropriate channels that result in best ROI while delivering sales according to plan.
- Maintain calendar for site updates, email campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Ensure it is aligned with Retail's calendar.
- Monitor competitor online marketing activities and site functionality.

- BS Degree preferred. MBA a plus.
- 2 years or more years of Ecommerce and internet marketing experience preferred
- Experience working in the direct to consumer apparel or consumer products industries, a plus
- Able to multi task in a high paced fluid environment while ensuring deliverables are met within assigned deadlines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) are a must. Experienced with creating management reports and presenting to senior management.
- Excellent project management and Microsoft office skills.
- Working knowledge of Coremetrics or other web analytic tools a plus.
