THE ROLE

 

We currently have the position of ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE open in our Corporate Headquarters in Danbury, CT.

 

The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting the engineer with Waterworks projects from concept phase through completion. Projects will consist of testing, development and design regarding all aspects of mechanical components for bath products. The candidate will apply their knowledge of engineering principles to creatively design products using Solidworks while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the design. Products categories will include fittings, fixtures, accessories, bath furniture and replacement parts. This position will also be responsible for managing the product code testing process with outside agencies.

THE PERSON

Preferred Skills/Experience:
-Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
-CAD Knowledge
-Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, procedures, and national plumbing standards within the field
-Knowledge of thread specifications
-Manufacturing knowledge
