Executive Assistant to Human Resources

This Position is responsible for providing administrative, analytical, and technical support for the Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Qualified candidates will also be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence, documents, and reports, and screening telephone calls and responding independently when possible. Candidates will need to coordinate meetings and appointments, and prepare agenda and meeting handouts.QualificationsQualified Candidates must have an associate s degree or 3 years secretarial experience for senior level executives.
