Experienced Watch Buyer for Leading Retailer of Fine Jewelry
OVERVIEW: Senior Buyer will be responsible for the planning, selecting, negotiate pricing, purchasing, and help develop merchandising strategies for all watch brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and financially validate assortments and buying plans.Negotiate terms, delivery of merchandise, and cooperative advertising allowances with marketing/merchandising director.Monthly review of product for transfer/return to vendors/close outMake regular presentations to staff/management teams.Constant and clear internal and external communication
QUALIFICATIONS:Must have handled at least an 80MM watch buying budget.Must have Swiss watch brand buying experience.Must have at least 5 yrs watch buying experience.Must live or be able to relocate to Midwest area.Must have a passion for watch buying!
