You must be an incredibly good listener, get excited about solving problems, find variety stimulating, and take pride creating outcomes that are positive for your customer, your company, and yourself. When you join our team, we'll teach you about the wireless industry, and our products and services. And, you'll provide our customers with all kinds of support, from programming phones and activating service, to troubleshooting problems and explaining bills - sometimes even making a sale. When you start here, you can take your career in any direction - and go as far as your talent and ambition will take you. Day to dayToday, you might be showing a customer how to set up voicemail or use the camera feature on her new phone. Tomorrow evening, you'll be explaining the text messaging charges on someone's bill, and maybe suggest a service plan that will better cover the features he uses most and save him money.
