We're Mattress Giant, the premier sleep shop retailer with over 260 stores across 14 states and we’re looking for a Sales Professional / Store Manager to join our growing retail network in the Mankato market!

 Compensation:

We offer a generous commissioned environment with unlimited earnings potential.  First years sales professionals can average $40,000.  The top 20% of our sales force average over $80,000.  Unlimited personal growth opportunities in a professional team environment during a 5 day work week.   There is no limit to the amount of money you can make; it’s entirely up to you!  At Mattress Giant you will receive 3 weeks of paid training plus either a hourly pay (not a draw) or commission pay for each week worked after the training period, whichever is greater!

What we need from you:

A proven track record in Retail Sales or Sales Management

Customer service driven

Availability to work Full time 50hours including weekends
