Fashion Retail - Store Manager

Crossroads Trading Co., a small, professionally run buy-sell-trade

fashion company, is looking to hire a Store Manager for a

San Jose, CA  location. 

 

Crossroads is a 22-store (and growing!) green company founded 15 years ago.

As a Crossroads Store Manager, you can expect to have the following (and 

probably more) responsibilities: 

- create you own inventory by buying and managing merchandise 

- interview and hire staff 

- supervise, train and evaluate staff 

- process payroll 

- plan and conduct staff meetings; team-building 

- direct merchandising and window displays 

 

Store Manager candidates should have at least 2 years retail management 

experience in the fashion/clothing industry.
