We expect all new managers to earn two promotions during their first year and be ready for their own store within two years. Managers with GM experience could make this happen in one year or less.

·Earn up to $38,000 in base pay your first year; $45,000 with GM experience

·Earn $49,000 to $70,000 with your own store

We will continue to open new stores and are looking for a small number of excellent new managers to support our growth. As an integral part of a store management team you are responsible for:

·Working with your employees to deliver outstanding service and quality

·Production management

·Creating and managing sales and marketing strategies

·Human resource administration

·Merchandising strategy management

·Light preventative maintenance
