Finance Manager of Supply Chain

This could be your big break!  Hollywood Video is looking for Manager of Supply Chain Finance to help us achieve our mission of establishing Hollywood as the premiere provider of entertainment products.  We offer great compensation and benefits, and the growth potential for careers is amazing.  Welcome to Hollywood!  Responsibilities·  Annual budgeting for G&A, Processing, and Transportation components of Supply Chain·  Monthly forecast submission for G&A, Processing, and Transportation·  Weekly forecast adjustments for G&A, Processing, and Transportation·  Monthly close of financial activity compared to forecasted activity·  Manage accrual process for activity occurring in period but not invoiced·  Financial analysis of Volume and Cost Per Piece swings·  Monthly, weekly, and quarterly reporting of business operations to Directors and SVP·  Develop and maintain reporting tools to streamline, improve, or help others understand business functions Requirements:·  Strong verbal and written communication skills·  Ability to work with different levels of management·  Strong understanding of Supply Chain logistics (Labor and Transportation)·  Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access Databases·  Aggressively challenge processes to drive improvement·  Able to understand the flow of information through multiple reports·  Work well with other departments that provide and supply information·  Manage team of 2-3 individuals·  Ability to shift focus as responsibilities require·  Excellent time management and organization·  Open minded to other’s ideas but willing to stand up and mention your own  Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.  Hollywood Entertainment provides opportunities in an exciting workplace.  For consideration, please send resume to  jobs@hlyw.com   An equal opportunity employer.www.hollywoodvideo.com  An equal opportunity employer.
