By the same token, we try very hard to create a rewarding workplace for our employees because people who are valued are better able to value other people.  Where you will be working.You will be working at our Home Office in El Segundo, CA. What you will do.You will play a key finance role in supporting both the Property and Finance departments, covering many aspects of financial and business management. You will assist with capital investment appraisals of proposed financial investments, conduct competitive analysis and market research, and serve as a key contact point for financial planning and analysis activities. You will work with the broader Property Finance team on scenario planning around the property development program. You will attend property trips as needed to advise and assist on financial returns and implications of proposed sites.  Who we are looking for.We are looking for a candidate who preferably has a Bachelors Degree and 1-2 years of financial/accounting experience. We are also seeking a candidate who has excellent Excel skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively at all levels and between various departments.
