Franchise Development Coordinator

The Franchise Development Coordinator assists with the franchise sales process, communications with potential franchisees (phone, email and in person), administration of franchise contracts and disclosure procedures while maintaining legal compliance with all federal and state specific franchise sales regulations. This person is an initial interaction point for people inquiring about franchise opportunities through the inquiry and screening stages utilizing a proprietary CMS database and referring qualified candidates to Franchise Development Manage/Director after application forms received. The coordinator also prepares and completes legally compliant Franchise Agreements, Master Franchise Agreements, amendments and renewals to these agreements, and other franchise documents.

Minimum Requirements :

A demonstrated persistent and energetic sales (primarily telephone) and customer service ability so as to interact and respond effectively with franchise candidates so as to encourage them to move forward in the franchise process. The position requires an ability to remain flexible, motivated and able to multi-task in a complex and task-heavy environment. Individual must have very strong organizational skills and be able to pay very close attention to detail so accurate files and records are maintained. Ability to utilize basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and proprietary computer software to complete necessary reports on a timely basis. Minimum Associate Degree or a combination of applicable education/experience required. Franchise industry experience highly regarded. Telephone sales skills essential.
