Furniture Backroom Associate - Part Time

You will be part of an organization with more than 60 facilities in six Northeastern states. In addition, this company currently employs in excess of more than 4,000 people and is known well for professionalism, outstanding customer ratings, and excellent associate benefits. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous merchandising, assembly, warehouse experience, receiving and/or retail experience, as well as a focus on providing a high level of customer service.  Experience in the furniture industry is preferred. The Backroom Associate is responsible for receiving merchandise, stocking, and assisting customers with pick up orders. This individual is also responsible for keeping the showroom clean and presentable, and placing furniture within the appropriate showroom displays to create the most appealing presentation.  You will also help with inventory counts once a month. Requirements include:Lifting up to 100lbs. Must have 2-3 years of related experiencePart time hours available.  Must have open flexibility on weekends and be available at least two evenings per week (additional availability is helpful).
