Position: Retail Communications Consultant

Job Description: Performs variety of routine and non-routine duties that involve related steps, methods or application of standard practice and specific instruction with occasional variations.

We are looking for outgoing, friendly Retail Communication Consultants to meet or exceed service and sales objectives by providing world-class service to store patrons, selling products and services to current consumers, and actively soliciting new customers through inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing efforts. Use your proven customer service ability, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge to guide new customers through the purchasing decision and activation process and educate them about their new product and/or service.

Sales representatives must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Provisions may be made upon approval.

Job requirements include: Advancing the company's retail position in consumer markets. Achieving sales goals and service performance requirements through new customer sales, accessory sales, features, and providing excellent customer service. Selling company products and services to walk-in customers in retail outlets. Guiding customer through the purchasing decision, activation process, and educating the customer on their new purchase. Developing new customer prospects or referrals and building customer relationships to drive sales. Reports to Manager, Retail Store. This is a multi-incumbent position.

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Sales experience a plus
