We are an international retail company in a highly competitive industry, searching for a General Manager in our Lexington location.
The General Manager will be responsible for the operational management of all designated personnel to maintain stable business operations and achieve performance plan objectives. He or she will also oversee the recruitment, training and development of a strong team that will deliver on revenue goals and lead to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and customer service. Hire, train and supervise staff Provide enthusiastic, hands-on customer service Manage the budget and the finances of the store Develop and execute business development plans Plan and implement informational events Supervise in employee recruitment efforts Professionally and aggressively combat local competitive activity
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Minimum 3 years of management experience Proven skills in taking appropriate and decisive action to meet budget expectations Passion for customer service and business growth Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Proven organizational and planning skills Strong problem solving, decision-making and creative thinking abilities High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends Must be authorized to work in the United States
