21st Century Self Storage (21CSS), an emerging leader in the self storage industry, currently operates facilities in NJ,MD, and MO with immediate expansion slated for PA, FL and NV. We are progressive, modern and very environmentally conscious.  We are going to be the 1st 'green' storage facility in Philadelphia. 

We have an immediate opening for a highly competent, motivated, positive professional to act as General Manager for our Philadelphia facility. We are looking for people that are quick, upbeat, active thinkers and bilingual.

Compensation includes salary, monthly bonus and medical benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Manage Facility Team to achieve sales (revenue objectives)Direct Marketing (spending time making affiliations with local businesses to generate rentals from their referrals) Sales (renting of storage units, retail sales of boxes and moving/packing supplies ) Accounts Receivable (collection phone calls to existing customers to collect past due rent) Facility Upkeep (must be able to lift 40+pounds; General daily maintenance and property upkeep) Monitor 21CSS standards of operational excellence. Partner with company peers to assist in the implementation and execution of new marketing campaigns and other company initiatives to ensure successful results. Communication/liaison: Responsible for smooth flow of information and facilitate the best practice sharing across the company

Requirements:2 years minimum experience in retail, customer service or hospitality industry. Self Storage experience is not necessary High School Diploma; Customer Service Skills;Positive, Outgoing Personality; Detail Oriented; Computer Proficient.
