GENERAL MANAGER

 General Management Candidates must have a proven track record in a fashion-forward, customer-oriented, retail-clothing environment.  At least 5-7 years of Sr. Store or General Management experience. Have experience in leadership, training & development of staff, all while driving company initiatives.

 

Key Initiatives:Reports Directly to District ManagerExercise intellectual and creative discretion and judgment in management and leadership of store employees.Manage a store team of 20-30; consisting of store & assistant managers, selling associates and support associates.Drive business sales with clientele programs and excellent leadership.Protect the BCBG Max Azria brand with clear communication, up-holding product knowledge and visual standards, and personal brand association.Ambition to build careers for yourself and your team for the growth of the company.
