We are looking to fill the following full-time management position in our Orlando Premium Outlet location:

 

General Manager

 Responsible for the day to day management, sales and profit performance of store Responsibilities include: staffing/recruiting, training, scheduling, floor presentation and maintenance, merchandise management, associate development, and supervision of staff to maximize sales and profit performanceManage, coach and develop 2 assistant general managers, sales and support staff in high volume storeWork with Regional and Merchant Team to identify items and merchandise classifications of high sales and profit potentialAnalyze sales results and create action plans to achieve desired results Ensure store shrinkage goals are achieved through sound operational executionRetail management background (preferably in luxury retail) with at least 4 years management experience Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
