Minimum of 2-3 years managing the overall operations of a retail store (related management exp may be considered). Retail experience is preferred. Proven customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule. Have an aggressive work ethic. Ambition to grow with Teavana. Ability to Multi-task.
