As our Global Relationship Management, Technology Operations expert, you'll enable and manage Nike's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Direct Marketing and Multi-channel Business Initiatives across the globe by implementing, acquiring and deploying "best in class" tools, technology, infrastructure, and vendor partnerships, which enable a 360-degree view of the consumer to support Nike's Global Consumer Relationship Management marketing vision. As the "Quarterback" of Relationship Management Technology Operations, you'll be responsible for leading, directing and managing the development, deployment and evolution of Nike's Global Relationship Management technologies and tools to support and enable Nike's Global CRM marketing vision. You'll source, establish, and manage Nike's business relationships with vendor partners to ensure Nike's Global CRM marketing vision is realized. You'll coordinate and manage data exchanges to and from all CRM technology partners to support and enable all Relationship Management marketing initiatives and programs. You'll also develop and deploy reporting tools and technologies to disseminate consumer information and knowledge to all internal Nike stakeholders. In this role, you'll partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure all CRM, Direct Marketing and Multi-channel initiatives and programs evaluate and consider all technical, data capture and data exchange requirements to successfully support Nike's Relationship Management program implementation, tracking and reporting on a Global, Regional and Local level. In addition, you'll be fiscally responsible for Nike's Global Relationship Management Technology Operations budget to ensure optimal return on investment. Requirements for the position include: - Bachelor's degree - MBA is a plus - 10+ years' experience in the CRM, Relationship Management or Direct Marketing industry, with a specific focus on data-oriented aspects and major client-facing or delivery management experience - Demonstrated aptitude in leading database, tools, data mining, campaign management, process management, and out-sourced data capture functions - Knowledge and expertise with multiple marketing channel execution, with demonstrated implementation experience with varied data solutions - Prior, successful experience managing one or more large-scale client or corporate engagements over time, with a proven track record of success - A leader, influencer, team player and decision maker who can deliver results in a highly matrixed environment Interested yet?
