Great Store Management Opportunities

We currently have Store Manager and Assistant Manager openings in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

 

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a retail store. He or she is responsible for hiring, training, direction to employees, and the day-to-day operations - including Customer Care, People Development, Sales Building and Asset Protection. The store manager will work directly with the district manager to meet store and individual performance targets.  Must be available to work all hours.

 

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail experience. He or she must have experience in supervision of employees. Some computer skills will be necessary to be successful in the position. Health Food and Vitamin experience a plus

 

The Assistant Manager provides support and back up for the store manager while training to become a Store Manager. The Assistant Manager is a key player in store success. A good assistant managers can expect quick promotion if desired.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail experience. He or she will have experience in supervision of employees. Some computer skills are also required. Must be available to work all hours.  Health Food and Vitamin experience a plus.
