Group Coordinator for Assets Protection Provide technical and administrative support to the Group AP Team. Includes coordinating financial and management reporting, recruiting and interviewing efforts, and expense tracking. Performs administrative functions including mail, phone, and calendars, travel arrangements and meeting preparation for the team. Data Support - Provides District and Group level management reporting including cash shortages, check and credit expense, shortage and CIRS incidents. Completes analysis as needed. Recruiting and Interviewing Support - provides support of the process through succession planning, recruiting. HR metrics, elite process and team recognition. Expense Tracking - maintains and tracks group and district budgets, monitors expenses and provides monthly expense recaps. Administrative Support - performs administrative support functions for the GAPTL including mail support, phone support, schedule handling, travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and is a resource to answer AP questions. Special Projects - takes on special projects assigned by AP for the group as appropriate. Examples of special projects include Theft Analysis, Shortage Analysis.
