Group Managers - Union Square

We operate 36 stores in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, and are currently seeking exceptional Group Managers to join our team in our Union Square store location in New York! 

Responsibilities:
* Merchandise sales floor according to new receipts and selling history
* Analyze business utilizing various reports and identify business opportunities
* Maintain company standards, policies and procedures
* Responsible for opening/closing store and acting as the Manager on Duty on a rotating basis
* Supervise associates and provide coaching and counseling as needed
* Train and develop associates

Requirements:
* 2-3 years prior retail management experience

* Experience managing and merchandising apparel departments
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Must have strong apparel merchandising skills and the ability to drive business
* Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
* Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills a must
* Strong supervisory and coaching/counseling skills
