HRIS Analyst
Reporting to the Manager of HRIS, the successful candidate will: Serve as a liaison between user areas (such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Labor Relations, and Information Services) to define business problems and opportunities. Partner with department leadership to create system based strategies in order to enable and improve departmental effectiveness and efficiency. Assume responsibility for the resolution of Human Resource technology process issues and consult with the appropriate subject experts to determine, present, and implement a solution. Develop general and detailed system design specifications. Create Human Resource technology procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Prepare ad hoc reports utilizing the company’s HRM time and attendance systems. Develop project plans. Schedule, monitor, and communicate project status. Play lead role in PeopleSoft and time and attendance upgrades, conversion, and implementations. Coach, train, and mentor end-users and less senior team members to maximize HRIS understanding, proficiency, and utilization. Participate in internal and external audits. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required with major in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplinesMinimum Experience:Required: 3-5 years of computer programming or HRMS application 2-3 years of PeopleSoft HRMS and HRMS client/server experience with other application(s) 2-3 years of HRIS experienceDesired: SQL knowledge, Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Progressive functional HRIS experience Job Title: HRIS Analyst Company: Giant Eagle Job Category: Human Resources Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Company: Giant Eagle Reference Code: AK-1915 HRIS Analyst
