The Company is seeking a highly-motivated, trustworthy, dependable and experienced individual to manage the human resources function and take ownership of all employee related responsibilities and issues.  This individual should be smart, fun, and open-minded.

 

Diapers.com is an internet retailer of baby goods.  We have recently been recognized as the fastest growing Internet retailer by Internet Retailer Magazine growing sales from just $2.5 million in 2005 to a projected $85 million this year.  Diapers.com has 45 employees across two warehouses (Camp Hill, PA and Sparks, NV) and our Montclair, NJ based corporate and customer care offices.  We will continue to hire employees at a significant rate as we add our third warehouse in Lenexa, KS and build out existing infrastructure across all company departments.

 Employee recruitment and retentionEmployee orientation, development, and performance reviewsStructuring compensation and benefits packages.Benefits administration and evaluation including insurance and financial programsManagement of third-party human resources service providerEmployee relations, communications, services, and counselingUpkeep of employee handbook in adherence with employment laws and regulationsEmployee safety and safety trainingEvaluation and development of new human resources policies, procedures, and strategies to guide the Company through its fast growthHelp to create and maintain a fun corporate culture.
