Help Desk Technician

We are looking for a HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE to join the Guitar Center family!

 

This person must offer exceptional customer service while handling heavy phones and email requests from internal users. Rotating early am, night and weekend shifts.

 

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

 

* Some Knowledge of data communications equipment.

* Knowledge of POS hardware.

* Knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity.

* Ability to work in a high-paced environment.

* Proficiency to quickly learn new applications

* Excellent communications and problem solving skills.

* Exceptional customer service.

* Desire to learn and be a team player.
