HomeStore Sales Manager - West LA

As a result of our tremendous growth, we are actively seeking a Sales Manager in our up and coming West LA HomeStore facility. This position plays an integral role in Ashley Furniture HomeStores future success in meeting our customers’ needs and our continued growth.

Essential Functions: Support Sales staff on the floor by continually coaching, motivating, and training Perform weekly continuous training sessions Observe sales associates and give concise feedback for continuous improvement Develop individual sales goals Motivate, coach, and train sales associates to achieve set sales goals Conduct daily sales meetings, including but not limited to introduction of new product, modification of product, price updates, discontinued product, and upcoming promotions

Necessary Skills and Abilities: AAS Degree in Business Administration, Retail, Marketing or related field required or equivalent work experience 2 years supervisory management required Knowledge of: “UPS” system, AS400 system, comprehensive knowledge of Ashley product line Effective interpersonal & communication skills Effective time managment & organizational skills
