Description:Housing Coordinator-Whittier, CAResponsibilities: Coordinate student housing placements by working directly with overseas agents to coordinate reservations, payment and additional services for students. Work closely with vendors to ensure excellent service to our students Recruit host families and maintain relationships with Kaplan Aspect host families Work closely with other team members to provide the best operations and experiences for students Advise, counsel, and guide international students. Coordinate the arrival and departure of international students help them understand rules and policies, and aid in their adjustment to American life. Assist English Programs Director with administration of Kaplan classes as needed.
