Human Resources Manager – San Antonio, Texas

Provide coaching and guidance to management and HR leaders in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to:  Recruiting, Partner and Labor relations, retention, employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, development, policy and procedure, administration, and dispute resolution.

 

Summary

*Coaches defined client group concerning HR functional areas

*Gathers and summarizes relevant facts regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies.

*Interprets relevant information regarding company and HR programs, processes and policies and makes routine recommendations on appropriate actions

*Manages one or more components of career path

*Deploys established processes and procedures as defined by HR Functional areas

*Understands the company goals and business strategies to effectively participate in cross-functional project/program

*Participates in change initiatives and understands how they align with our goals and strategies

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

*1-3 years Human Resources experience preferred

*Bachelors degree in Business, HR or related field or comparable experience

*PHR/SPHR certification a plus

*PeopleSoft experience preferred

*Communication and presentation skills.

*Exposure to Operations

*Knowledge of Labor Relations
