PURPOSE: The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Flextronics Retail Technical Services, a leader in wireless services support. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES: This individual will serve as the HR point of contact (in a generalist role), for approximately 600 remote based employees located across the Southeastern states. Responsibilities include: employee relations, workforce development, and working to develop and maintain a proactive, consultative partnership with all internal customers to identify HR initiatives that align with the company goals and business objectives. This person will market the Company as an employer of choice by creating positive employee experiences. Must have solid experience in employee relations, including EEOC regulations. REQUIREMENTS: 7 years of related experience, preferably in a retail environment HR, Business or related Bachelors preferred Applicants must possess the desire to work in a fast paced environment, ability to multitask, sense of humor, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills Experience supporting remote field based operations or retail/customer services environments is highly desirable Travel is up to 25% Flextronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
