Hunting Department Group Sales Manager

Successful candidates must have 3-5 years big box, high volume retail experience. Must have vast knowledge of hunting, hunting equipment, archery, State and Federal gun regulations and California Laws. As a key member of our Management team you will be responsible for generating departmental sales and profit while controlling expenses, inventory, payroll, coordinating departmental merchandising, marketing and store operations. Candidate must support a strong commitment to world class customer service through coaching, training and positive motivation appraisals. Responsibilities include maintaining weekly work schedules and daily activities of up to 30 associates, opening and closing the store and resolving customer and associate issues.
