IS User Provisioning Co-op

1. Monitoring and provide resolution to user provisioning requests 2. Document security and provisioning procedures 3. Work with team on Active Directory conversion of provisioning procedures 4. Work with team on Security alert procedures 5. Research security & provisioning issues (i.e. role provisioning, vpn access, data mapping, dial up use) 6. Provide support as needed to ESP and Provisioning Admin team Qualifications 1. Familiar with operating systems 2. Familiar with Microsoft Office 3. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment 4. Self starter and can work without a lot of direction 5. Able to present ideas in a clear and concise mannerIdeal candidate will be a student and Northeastern University or Wentworth Institute of Technology, who can work full-time via their co-op cycle.
