IT Manager – Distribution Center

 

Gymboree's IS&T department is seeking an IT Manager for our Distribution Center in Dixon, CA.  The IT Manager will be responsible for all systems located in the Distribution Center, including business applications and technical services (systems administration for windows servers, phone, desktop support and other infrastructure hardware).  The IT Manager is accountable for end to end delivery of business functionality for the Distribution Center.  The scope of end to end delivery is Planning, Execution, Software Development Lifecycle, Vendor Management and Resource Management.This person is also responsible for support and Service Level Management for production systems.  The IT Manager will work with other IT Managers and Directors in the corporate office in San Francisco to ensure adherence to IS&T standards, policies and procedures. 

This position requires 24 x 7 support for production systems.  Some travel to the corporate office in San Francisco, CA will be required.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

BA or BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.  7 years of overall related experience in a key IT role within a Distribution Center. Experience with Warehouse Management and other related Retail applications.  Must have knowledge of the Retail business environment and processes.  Ability to handle multiple high priority issues in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in working with all levels of users.  Experience with Oracle Retail RWMS (formally Retek RDM), Pack to Light (PTL) systems and Kewill Flagship Multi-Carrier Shipping is highly desired.
