Your responsibilities:

· Ensure projects are completed, measurable and address the needs of the business

· Troubleshoots IT issues (company hardware, software, and networking systems).

· Responsible for drafting project, budget, and headcount plans.

· Implements IT policies and procedures and ensures IT security.

· Evaluate, schedule and maintain new information systems products or services and make recommendations to better aide the end user and fulfill company needs.

· Ensure uninterrupted systems usage. May run diagnostic tests to ensure systems are operating efficiently.

· Operates and monitors computer equipment and their peripherals. Loads and observes peripheral equipment such as tapes for back-ups to detect faulty output or machine stoppage from error messages.

· Performs all tasks on network and NT server (i.e. user creation, clean-up) and coordinate all major issues with IT department in Switzerland.

· Implementing all Nessoft updates and enhancements. Evaluates and coordinates all local Nessoft modifications requests.

· Develops and implements Impromptu/cubes catalogs and reports.

· Installs and supports NesPOS

· Helps to implement the E-business strategy in relation with the Marketing team.

· Manages some online campaign/ banners

The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology or related field of study.  5+ years experience managing IT projects and Helpdesk; with 2+ years managing /developing staff is required as well as delivering and communicating process and policies in Corporate environments and establishing vendor partnerships. We require strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills. You must be an analytical thinker with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes.
